CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify me at least 72 hours prior to canceling your appointment. Services cancelled within 48 hours are required to pay a 50% cancellation fee. 24 Hours are required to pay 100% of the cancellation fee. No-Shows or excessive lateness at time of appointment will incur a 100% service fee. Please let me know if you are running late. Call or text me at (210) 413-0891, DM me through Instagram @_WormNails, or email me at wormnails@gmail.com to make any changes to your appointment, update me, or if you have any questions. You have a 15-minute grace period after the start of your appointment time to arrive. After 20 minutes, the 100% cancellation fee is automatically applied. No-Shows will be banned from booking again. :( Please understand this is to protect my time as a business owner. I am very flexible with my hours. If *I* am sick and need to cancel our appointment, I will refund your deposit and reschedule you at your earliest convenience. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, you can do so from your booking email under 'MANAGE MY APPOINTMENT". You do not have to text me for permission, as the system takes care of that for you. I may end up forgetting, and double booking, so please do this through the website. Thank you! :)
