You will receive an email & text with our address prior to our appointment. ♡ If you need any help locating our studio, please do not hesitate to reach out. Please be sure to read my cancellation policy before booking. Please, no children (unless they are receiving a service). I do not apply gel products on anyone younger than 12. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please notify me at least 48 hours prior to canceling your appointment. No-Shows or excessive lateness at time of appointment will incur a 100% service fee. Please let me know if you are running late. Call or text me at (210) 413-0891, DM me through Instagram @_WormNails, or email me at wormnails@gmail.com to make any changes to your appointment, update me, or if you have any questions. You have a 15-minute grace period after the start of your appointment time to arrive. After this period of time, your appointment will most likely have to be canceled, as I do have other people afterward. No-Shows will be banned from booking again. :( Please understand this is to protect my time as a business owner. I am very flexible with my hours. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, you can do so from your booking email under 'MANAGE MY APPOINTMENT.". You do not have to text me for permission, as the system takes care of that for you. I may end up forgetting, and double booking, so please do this through the website. Thank you! :)
